How do I order a gift?

Shop our ready-made sets or build your own gift set with the items we keep in stock.
If you’re not sure what you want or wish to order several gifts, give us a call at 503.583.GLOW (4569) or email giftguru@glowgift.com to discuss the details.

What’s your turn time?

If you’re in a bind and need a gift right away, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate your request! For delivery, we typically need 24 hours notice. But if you need it sooner, it never hurts to ask…

Delivery: If all items are in stock, we deliver within 1-3 days
Shipping: Arrives within 3-10 days after you place the order, depending on the destination. 10+ gifts or Special Order items: Please allow an additional 5-15 days

What do you charge for shipping and delivery?

Delivery: We deliver in the Portland Metro area for $15/delivery location. In other words, if we deliver two gifts to the same address, it’s a total of $15. When ordering 4+ gifts, delivery fees increase. For 4+ gifts or for deliveries outside the Portland Metro area, please contact us for a quote.
Shipping: Shipping is typically $15-$30, depending on where it’s going and the size of the gift. We ship via USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx. Once you select your gift items, we will provide a shipping quote.
We ship wine and beer via FedEx and require an adult signature upon delivery, which is an additional $6. Please note that state laws DO NOT allow us to ship to several states. We can ship to these states: Alaska, California, District of Columbia, Idaho, Missouri, New Mexico, and Oregon.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship anywhere UPS, FedEx or the Postal Service will go. Please contact us for a quote.

Do you have a shop i can visit?

We do not have a retail store but you’re welcome to pick up gifts at our workshop in West Linn, Oregon (suburb of Portland). Please contact us to make arrangements and get directions.

Do you have minimums?

We don’t have minimums – or maximums, for that matter! If we special order a custom item for you, we typically have minimums for that specific item. Please see our special order page.

Do you have other products that aren’t on your site?

We do! We work with over 75 amazing local companies around Oregon and we regularly have other items in stock from custom orders that aren’t shown on our website. If you’re interested in hearing what we have, please contact us.

We have our own promotional items. Would you add them to our gifts?

Absolutely! We are happy to add anything to your gifts – it just has to fit in our gift boxes or we can wrap them separately. We charge $3/item to add it to our gift. We’re not in the business of nickel and diming our clients, so if you have a few items, we will adjust our pricing accordingly.

Do you have branded gift items?

Yes, we work with local artisans and vendors to personalize or brand gift items like hand-made cutting boards, bottle openers, and notebooks. Please view our Brand & Personalize page, or contact us to discuss your ideas.

May i buy your gift items without the gift wrap?

Yes, you are welcome to purchase any gift items we sell without gift wrap. We can ship or deliver them, or you may pick up at our workshop in West Linn, Oregon. You can use our Build Your Own Gift tool to select the items you want without gift wrap, or simply contact us to let us know what you’d like.

Will you wrap the gift items i already have?

Yes, we are happy to wrap your gift items with our exclusive gift wrap. Our courier can pick up your items or you may deliver them to our workshop in West Linn. Please contact us with the details and we will make arrangements.

I’d like to add a gift item that you don’t have on your site. Can you get it for me?

If there’s something you’d like to add to your gift, but we don’t carry it, we will do our best to get it for you. We add a custom shopping fee. Please contact us for details.

Our company sends gifts regularly. Do you create custom order forms?

We do! We have several clients who order from us regularly and we have created custom order forms for their specific gift program. Please contact us for more information.

Do you offer other gift wrap options?

We do! We carry our exclusive Glow Gift boxes in Black, Kraft brown and Gray; we also have other gift boxes in Black, Kraft brown, White, and Red. Sometimes a gift bag is the right choice so we offer those in various sizes in Black, Kraft brown, and biodegradable cellophane. For our clients who have an ongoing gifting program or who place a large order, we provide other gift wrap options such as wood boxes and metal containers. Every program is unique and as a gift service, we are happy to create a look that matches your brand or style.

Do you offer distilled spirits?

We do, in a round-about sort of way! Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) doesn’t allow us to sell or purchase distilled spirits so we’ve partnered with New Deal Distillery and Wild Roots Distillery. We’d be happy to add their spirits to our gift sets and then to keep things legal, you’ll need to pick up the gifts and pay for the alcohol at the distillery (both are conveniently located in the central SE Portland area). Minimums apply. Please contact us to discuss the details.

We like to protect our client list. Do you use their information or solicit them for business?

We do not use your client information, share it with anyone else, or solicit your clients directly. Period. If your clients contact us to use our service, we consider it the ultimate compliment and will provide with them excellent service.
